Welcome to the forums where you can spend sometime while the server gets ready for release stage, please refrain from asking questions like "When is the server going to come up?","How long ?".. etc
As all the staff members here are willing to be transparent about everything since all of us suffered from a bad server management and we don't intend to become that.
About the forums, make sure to modify your notification settings from your profile In order to avoid spam on your email.
then take a look at the preferences as you might want to change something there as well.
Also note that some forums might have special rules/formats for posting you will find them while making a post on these forums.
and Yes the format will already be there when you press "Post new topic" you don't even have to copy/paste it, What happens if you didn't find a format, simply it means that the forum you posting into doesn't require one.
